I needed to use up the last of the flatbread dough, and was feeling like curry, so there ya go: curry-topped flatbread. The flatbread is a bit crisper than naan, but similar enough that it turned out like a street-food version of a traditional meal. And, it’s delish, (if not very attractive!)
I had plans to make more dough, a quiche, and a few other things, but then remembered that I’d be having work-related meals for half of this week, and wouldn’t be able to eat everything I made. I ended up freezing some of the flatbreads, and the extra curry, and will be stuffing myself with asparagus for the next day or two. There are worse fates.
